Liuel is one of the first 2 Angels (next to Livegael) that were introduced in Chapter 2 (Korean version). She seems to be pretty strong because of her huge damage and her silence. Increases her ATK Speed when using a normal attack.

Kamiel is the strongest of all the angels. You need Knight Tiel or Knight Ari to deify her, so definitely keep one of those 2 SSS allies until Kamiel gets released in EU/NA! Her normal attack does aoe damage and has a chance to stun.
